How Tono's text messages work, how you consent to receive them, and how to stop.

What Tono sends by text

Tono is software that helps a local business respond to its customers, by drafting price quotes and Google review replies in the owner's own voice. Our messages are transactional only, never marketing:

To a business owner: a notification with a link to approve a price quote, a notification with a link to approve a drafted reply to a new Google review, and one-time login codes.
To that owner's customer: the price quote they requested, after the owner approves it.

How you opt in (consent)

You only receive texts after you ask for them:

Customers opt in by submitting a quote request on a Tono-powered business's web form. The submit step states:
"By continuing you agree to receive your quote and related messages from this business by text and/or email. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Business owners opt in when they sign up for Tono and enter their own mobile number to receive approval notifications and login codes.

We never buy, rent, or share phone lists. Consent is collected directly at the point of request, and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Message frequency and cost

Frequency depends on your activity (for example, one message per quote request). Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and no further texts.
Reply START to opt back in.
Reply HELP for help, or email adar@tonovoice.com.

HELP reply: "Tono: For help, reply here or email adar@tonovoice.com. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
STOP reply: "You are unsubscribed from Tono texts and will get no more messages. Reply START to opt back in."
