For reviews we connect to your Google Business Profile through secure OAuth. We read your reviews and we can post replies you approve. We never modify your listing, change your name, address, or hours, delete anything, or post without your approval, and you can disconnect anytime in settings. Quotes work over text and your own pricing setup and do not touch your Google listing at all. Cancelling moves you to the Free plan and keeps your voice profile; deleting your account erases your data within thirty days.
