Our mission
Every day, a local business is judged on a handful of small moments: the reply to a Google review that a future customer reads before deciding who to call, the price quote that lands in an hour instead of a week. Owners are stretched thin, and those moments are exactly the ones that slip.
Tono closes that gap. It is one system that learns how an owner actually talks, then does two jobs in that same voice: it answers their Google reviews and it quotes their work, sending each one over by text to approve in seconds. Nothing is posted or sent without the owner's say-so. The goal is simple: every customer hears back, and it always sounds like a real person, because it is.
Meet the founder
Adar comes from a background in financial-services regulation and law, where the job was making complex, high-stakes processes clear and dependable for the people who rely on them. He kept noticing the same thing about the smallest businesses: they do excellent work, but the customer-facing words around that work get left undone, not from carelessness, but from a lack of hours in the day.
He started Tono to fix that, with software that respects how owners actually run their day. The standard is simple: it has to sound human, keep the owner in control, and earn its place by saving real time. Tools that help business owners run their business better and more efficiently, in a demanding and fast-moving reality.
Today Adar leads Tono's product and direction, and works with a small team to build and support it.
